In Flox class we were writing about the remember Poetry,we were writing this because we can remember the time we have done together.

Flox Class’ Kiwi Christmas Kindness Calendar

                    
In Flox Class we did a calendar for Christmas. We all wrote something down on the calendar and Mrs Archer gave us a number and the number you get. You have to write something down.

WALT use precise nouns to add detail for our reader.

This week in writing we have been using precise nouns to make our writing more specific for the reader.

We took a paragraph and changed the nouns from general nouns to precise nouns.

Here is an example.

In the weekend I had to do lots of shopping with my Mum. We went to the shop countdown to get some food veges and beef. We also went to look for a present for my cousin’s birthday. I had to choose between a doll barbie and a soft toy teddy bear. After that we went to the shop to buy some clothes, I got two new items and a pair of shoes converse. Because I had been so good, mum took me to the shop to buy an ice block rainbow paddle pop Lucky me!

Today  we were learning how to write positive things to negative things here's an example.Look at the top.
There are something that are positive like e.g. Tell the teacher that they know your password. Plus a out come like this Or they might sign you in to Facebook or they might sign you up on anything.

This week in Flox Class we have been using our 5 timetable. On our maths book and we choose a maths problem from our maths book. Then we did our problem on the iPad.

Rugby World Cup 4 Sentence Recount

Yesterday we wrote a recount about the rugby world cup, because the All black won!!!!

End of term reflection

This term we have been learning about the past and why it is important. In Flox Class we have focused a lot on art and the way art is used to tell stories.

Introduction

Have you ever wonder about Saturn?Well now is the time to I am going to be writing this information report about the awesome Saturn.

 

Size

Saturn is the second largest planet in our Solar System and is another gas giant. Saturn is a very light planet.

Appearance

Saturn has a smell rocky core covered with liquid gas. The rings are made up of millions of ice crystals, some as big as houses and other small as specks of dust.
